Sports and art are two important aspects of our lives. While sports help us maintain a healthy lifestyle, art helps us express ourselves creatively. I will try to explain how sports and art have influenced my life.
Sports have always been a part of my life. From a young age, I have always been involved in such sports as dance (yes, it is considered a sport in Armenia), karate and now I am a young soldier, if we can put it in this series. In our yard I liked to play football with my friends. Sport has a very big role in my life. It taught me to fight alone like a wild tiger in the forest. Thanks to sports, I have understood that no one will want my victory, my achievement, everyone is an obstacle, no one is “real” in sport. Sport has taught me to fight and not to give up, to leave the sports school full of new strength and to know when the next training will start. Sports taught me to trust only in my own strength, that’s why I was able to win first and second places in many places. Team sports have helped me to be a member of a team. Such a member who can seriously affect the outcome of the game. Team games taught me to play as a team, to act as a team. Those moments, playing style and form showed that life is arranged in the same way: difficult, insurmountable, impassable, but it is possible to overcome it with “passes” and united forces.

Even now, attending the Young Soldier Club, in addition to confidence and new strength, I also feel a percentage of patriotism in me. Overall, sports have helped me develop a strong work ethic and positive outlook on life.
On the other hand, art has helped me express myself creatively. I loved drawing and painting since I was a child. In high school, I had more opportunities to express my inner artistry, and I took advantage of them. Of course, I don’t “suffer” from professionalism, but I like analyzing and writing essays about autumn, spring, winter and summer. Man is not perfect, and neither am I. I’m not an artist, I think, I’m probably the last person who has anything to do with art, but I’m one of those people who doesn’t like art, but sees it, and not in black squares, but in weather, family, surroundings and life.

In conclusion, both sports and art have played an important role in shaping my life. They have helped me develop physical and mental strength as well as creativity and self-expression. I believe that everyone should have access to both sports and the arts, as they are important tools for personal growth and development.
