When we’re saying leader, in general, we mean a leader of a state or a country. But we should know too, that leader can be the person, who leads small group of members also. In few words, the leader is one of the members, who has leader qualities, I mean, responsibility, loyalty, he can take members’ opinions, suggestions and complains.

A leader is not only the one who leads physically, but also the one who can lead psychologically. When we say psychological, we must keep in mind that in difficult and desperate cases, the leader himself should not despair and try to motivate others to move forward towards the goal. Leadership qualities, as I mentioned above in the preface, do not end with that. There are many, many other features that appear during “leading”.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of leadership? These two questions somehow complement each other, and now I will try to explain why. The leader should be respected by everyone because he is the leader of the group in all aspects and has many leadership qualities. Here the respect and love for the leader appear, but on the other hand, haters and dislikes also appear. In other words, we can say that each advantage also has its own small disadvantage. But, it does not fundamentally change the essence of the question itself.

One of the advantages is that you are sure that there is a group of people behind you who trust, respect, love and somewhere protect you. It is an advantage that the leader is able to quickly orient himself and find an appropriate solution for the situation. One of the disadvantages is that the entire responsibility of the group and the actions falls on your shoulders, but I see this as a group obligation, not one person.
There is no profession or human quality that only has advantages and good sides. All of them have their own and respective shortcomings, mistakes and disadvantages. And changing it is a difficult task for us, because the world is structured that way. And here another question arises. Leader or follower? I will answer that both are important, because without one there is no other, and without the other there is no one.
