A lucky escape
That reminds me another story I heard about a man who had a lucky escape. He was at a barbecue restaurant on top of mountain, and after the meal he decided not to take the cable car down with his friends, but to walk down instead. While he was looking for the path, he fell into a stream and broke his leg. Unable to move, he tried to phone for help, but his mobile wasn’t working because he had dropped it in the stream.
Knowing he was missing, teams of people were looking for him, but it was twenty-four days before they found him. Luckily he had brought a bottle of barbecue sauce with him to the barbecue, and he survived by drinking water mixed with the barbecue sauce.

Have you ever had a bad day at work, college or when travelling.
Honestly, all of us had a bad days at the work or at the school or at the travelling. We should understand what does the bad day at work mean? I think, saying bad day we mean that the day went out of plan. I’ll try to remember the worse one. I like team work and I hate when the worker put on you his part of responsibility for good projects’ end. One of those cases happened with me in my previous school: we’re working in one team, and the project, I think it will be right to name work, was so difficult, so the power of everyone was needed and necessary. And, suddenly, my friend at the end of the team-work said why didn’t I finish his part. It was quite unusual and strange, because we always work in one team. And at the end, we got that the worker didn’t finish his part of work, and he wanted to put on me his part of responsibility. I hate when people don’t know how to do and instead of asking for help, they’re putting on you their part of responsibility.

- We went for a walk when we‘d finished the meal.
- The sun was shining. People were sitting on the grass in the park.
- I was exhausted after a long day at work, so I went to bed early.
- Sam didn’t recognize me, even though we‘d met a few weeks before.
- I locked the office door after I‘d checked that everyone had gone home.
- My parents first met when they were at university together. They were both studying history.

I’ll always remember the time we were struck by lightning when we were flying back from Singapore. We had been in the air for about an hour, and the plane was moving up and down quite a lot. Outside you could see flashes of lightning across the sky and dark clouds. Suddenly there was a loud bang. At first a few people started screaming. But then the whole plane had become strangely quiet. The pilot spoke to tell us we were about to land, which was a great relief to everyone. But just as we have landed the whole plane started shaking violently again. In the end we have landed safely. When we got off the plane, we saw that there was an enormous hole in the tail fin.
