Would you ever move abroad for a job?
It is very difficult to answer this question because I think there are many jobs in my country. But if a similar opportunity is given and the realities are arranged in such a way that I have to work there, I will work, but not always.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of living and working abroad?
There are many advantages and disadvantages. Abroad, there are greater opportunities, a freer market and environment, and working there seems to be more pleasant and easier for everyone. Salary, environment, connections, acquaintances, recognition can be considered as an advantage. For me the quick and easy way to learn foreign language by living in that country is an advantage too.
I think the disadvantages are not less. The most common shortcoming is homesickness and longing/miss, the longing to return to the homeland, to own country. Remote communication with family and relatives follows from that. There are cases when people think that they will find a good and prosperous life abroad, but sometimes it is not so. Personal safety is also important. There are risks that it will not be possible to build a normal career abroad, there will be falls and descents, a person will not adapt to the new environment, and other and other equally essential problems. And after watching the vox pop, I want to mention one very important and common disadvantage, that is missing the tradition of your own routine.

“The Power of Ambition: How Setting Goals Can Drive Success”
It is rightly said that a clear goal is half of the solution to the problem. People often set goals before themselves, realizing what a difficult path awaits them to overcome it and achieve the desired victory. For me, ambition is a driving force, I consider ambitious people who do not stop, are constantly on the move, but are not depressed by defeat, but on the contrary, continue to develop and become stronger.
Although, we should also know that ambition also has its bad sides, that is, audacity and the demand for honor.
As I already mentioned, ambition is a driving force, and if it is not there, almost every second person will not go after his goal. In simple words, ambition is the key to honor and rating. In general, many people like to set goals and leave it at that. Many people, even without achieving one goal, strive to achieve another. I, like an ordinary psychological person and like many others, think that when setting a goal, the important points should be taken into account: the realities, the requirements, the possibilities, and most importantly, the benefit.
And how can the path to achieving goals become success? Very simple. However, a person does not face any test if he knows that by achieving the goal he will reach great heights. A clear understanding of the goal is half way to the realization of the goal, because that is how a person imagines before him the implementation instruction, the map and the points on how it should be done. I say this from my own example.
