  1. Unless you have plenty of money to spare, never go shopping without a list.

  3. Save more. If you set aside a certain amount of money each month, you will have less available, so you’ll spend less.
  4. Invest in a short course to learn how to do simple repairs around the house. You’ll save a fortune.
