Navigate. Read the text on slide 114, and discuss the topic “The internet has improved the quality of journalism.”

According to the text, the internet has brought about a complex shift in the quality of journalism. On one hand, it has enabled faster dissemination of information and facilitated access to diverse sources and citizen journalism (Al Jazeera, The New York Times and etc.). However, this digital landscape in my opinion also presents challenges like the spread of misinformation and the pressure of the 24/7 news cycle, potentially impacting in-depth reporting and fact-checking.
