What do you think are essential qualities for finding a job at the moment and why?
I think there are many qualities that everyone should need to have in order to find an appropriate job. I am going to emphasise top 5 most needed qualities, in my opinion:
- Responsibility: everyone should realise that in his shoulders there is a big amount of responsibility;
- Adaptability: imagine you have appeared in an non-familiar business environment and you want to start working, what would you do firstly? Of course you need to find ways to adapt to the procedure and process of that job and find out: are you the appropriate one and can you change yourself if it’s would be needed.
- Communication skills: you need to master the features of communication and be able to have a good dialogue with different people, that’s why you need to know which is primary and which is secondary during communication.
- Problem-solving skills: you should know how to find solving ways of issues and problems that have appeared during you work. You need to master out-of-box-thinking in order to discuss various ways of solving problems and find the most appropriate and best.
- Emotional Intelligence: You should keep your emotions under your own control and do not permit them to express themselves during communication or just a working discussion.

Do you think it’s important to plan for the future? Why/why not.
Our lives and especially the future are unpredictable, no one can predict what is waiting for him. Just we need take in account that planning future is a right and primary thing that should have been done. Of course, we have a right to change it, but it’s obvious that we should categorise what is main and what is secondary, and what we are going to do, in which profession do we see ourselves. And indeed, we should act, move forward and think about new adventures waiting us and about overcoming the obstacles.
